Questions

Asked before every crossing.

Do I need to come to Türkiye at all?

In most matters, no. With a consular power of attorney we can litigate, sign, sell property and manage proceedings entirely on your behalf. A small number of procedures — such as some citizenship steps — may require one short visit; we tell you exactly which, in advance.

How do the fees work?

You receive a written scope and fee before we begin — either a fixed fee or a clearly defined hourly arrangement. No surprises mid-case.

Can you work in my language?

The firm works in English and Turkish day to day. Documents and correspondence can be arranged in other languages through sworn translators we work with regularly.

How quickly will I hear back?

We reply the same business day. Once your matter is active, you have a direct WhatsApp line to the lawyer handling it.

Tell us about your matter.

Write in English or Turkish. We respond the same business day — by WhatsApp, telephone or video, as you prefer.
